Operations Lead

MetaLeX is looking for an operations lead to join our team and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the law firm and the development of the legal tech platform. This role would suit someone with an operational background and a get-things-done mindset, can work independently yet maintain a strong sense of accountability, and thrives in a fast growth or startup environment.

* Design and maintain operational procedures including but not limited to: client onboarding and management, document management, resource management and billing, and financial management * Assist with all aspects of client lifecycle management from initial business development discussions through client onboarding, billing and relationship management * Collaborate with team members and Delphi Labs COO to explore, design and implement the appropriate operational systems to best manage the business * Work with outside service providers as needed for tax accounting and human resource management

* Experience working in an operations role for a crypto organization or startup company * Highly proficient working with productivity apps (Office365 / Google Docs, Docusign, etc.) * Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practices * An understanding of the crypto industry and crypto culture * (Preferred) Experience working in a legal firm or legal-related field
