Asteroid Protocol is an open source framework that unleashed inscriptions & CFT-20 fungible tokens onto the Cosmos Hub allowing anyone to permanently publish content directly onto the Cosmos Hub blockchain where it will live on in perpetuity. Asteroid Protocol was developed in collaboration between Delphi Labs and the Astroport Foundation and brings inscriptions and fungible tokens to the world’s largest Cosmos blockchain by market cap — a chain that doesn’t natively support tokens or smart contracts by design. The open source framework includes an Asteroid indexer, explorer, API, Cosmos Fungible Token (CFT-20) specification, a token deployer and minting tool, and front-end/back-end software. As a metaprotocol framework, Asteroids are substantially more powerful than alternative approaches, which have largely relied on Cosmos SDK’s “memo” field and do not support metaprotocol-like functionality or larger files up to ~550kb.

Job Description

In crypto, community is core to the success of any project, and Asteroid Protocol is seeking an enthusiastic Cosmos degen to harness the momentum from the launch of Asteroid Protocol and help build a community of passionate users and developers to further advance the possibilities with Asteroid Protocol.

Responsibilities

* Manage relationships with projects building on Asteroid Protocol to ensure that they have everything they need to succeed * Develop and execute strategies to raise awareness of Asteroid Protocol to new markets and user groups, driving growth in user adoption and transaction volume in the inscription and CFT-20 marketplaces * Solicit user and community feedback and work with the product team to align on the roadmap * Develop and execute growth strategies to support the vision of Asteroid Protocol

Requirements

* Experience working in the Cosmos ecosystem or as a Cosmos power user * Mastery of techniques to drive organic user growth in crypto * A strong social presence within the Cosmos ecosystem * Strong organizational leadership and project management skills * Excellent communication skills, a team player who enjoys thriving in a collaborative environment * Ability to work in a fully remote agile environment and maintain delivery tempo * (Preferred) Experience working as a dev in crypto or working closely with devs
